We get it: you work hard and it’s only fair to treat yourself from time to time. And now it’s even easier to do just that with Canela Rewards.

Each time you come in for a salon/spa service or to purchase products and gift cards from us, you earn reward points that can be redeemed on a fantastic range of services.  Enrolling is free and easy.

How it Works

All customers are automatically enrolled. For every dollar you spend at Canela Salon & Spa, you automatically earn 1 point. Bonus points are awarded for attending special events or by taking advantage of special promotions.  Have a friend, colleague or family member wanting to experience Canela? Send them our way, have them mention you and you’ll 250 points per referral!

Once you’ve accumulated 300 points you can start redeeming them for discounts and free spa & salon treatments.  Accumulating points is easy:

1 point                  Per Dollar spent On All Service and Retail Purchases (includes Gift Certificate purchases)

25 points             For booking your next appointment Online

25 points             For trying a Spa, Salon or Mani/Pedi Treatment for the First Time

25 points             For Pre-booking your next service (schedule next service at check-out)

100 points           New Clients – Pre booking your next visit (schedule next service at check-out)

100 points           For Creating an Online Account to create and manage appointments or track your reward points.

250 points           Per customer referral (make sure your referral provides us with your name)

Terms and Conditions

Canela Rewards Points are awarded based on the purchase price of services, products and gift certificates, excluding taxes and tips.  Points have no cash value are non-transferable.  Points cannot be retroactively added to an account.  Reward points expire after 12-consecutive months of inactivity. Points may not be used towards the purchase of gift certificates/gift cards or towards the payment of gratuities and service/retail taxes.  Points may not be combined with any special sales, offers or discounts.

Canela Spa Inc reserves the right to change or discontinue the Canela Reward Program at any time without notice.
