Arriving late for your appointment may deprive you of scheduled treatment time. To avoid delaying the next guest, your treatment will end on time. The full value of your treatment will be charged. Spa EtiquetteLet your therapist know of any concerns, special needs, or questions prior to your treatment. In addition, if you are pregnant, please communicate this at the time of your booking. Cell phone and pager usage is strictly prohibited inside the spa. Children under the age of 10 are not permitted in spa service areas. DisclaimersCancellation Policy: If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment we require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Spa packages require a 48 hour cancellation notice. Late notice cancellations and No-Shows will be charged 100% of full service price. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of these policies. Cancellation Policy for special events may vary.
